Minimum Order Policy - We require a minimum order of 5 boxes of gloves or a dollar volume of $25.00 of other products. To assist our customers in receiving the most value from Spina Dental we will mix glove cases (ie: sizes, types & brands). Pricing is the same for x-small, small, medium, large, and x-large gloves. Please be aware that some manufacturers include 90 gloves/box in the x-large size. That information is stated in the description lines for each product.
Shipping Charges - We ship Fedex ground to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico please e-mail us to arrange freight. Our minimum shipping /handling charge is $5.50.
How To Order - Our site has a state-of-the-art shopping cart system. We encourage our customers to log on by creating a user name & password. This allows you to create an order history or view previous orders for the repeat customer. If you have specific questions or special needs, please feel free to call us. Customers who do log on, become eligible for specials that we offer from time to time.
Return Policy - We offer the most liberal return policy available. If you do not like the product, simply e-mail or call us for an RA #. Products returned in sellable condition will be given a full refund. The customer is responsible for the freight to return products. Of course, if we send the wrong item, we will pick it up at our expense & ship the proper item to you.
